ISPS is responsible only for the content and implementation of the course. ISPS is not responsible for the manner in which the taught material will be applied by the insured during the performance of his job. It should not be interpreted in any manner whatsoever that the ISPS Company bears any responsibility for an actual incident taking place, whether this is a robbery and/or an attempted robbery, or any other occurrence that takes place after the course has ended. In order to avoid any doubt, ISPS is not the insurer nor it is a representative of the insurer, and therefore it is not entitled to receive and/or to approve any significant underwriting decision on behalf of the "insurers". The recommendations mentioned above are valid only if they do not conflict with the terms of your insurance policy. In the event that there is a recommendation that contradicts the terms of the insurance policy, the insured should be guided by the insurance policy.
